Great pubs, the Downs, Glyndebourne, Charleston, Lee Miller's all approx. 10 mins. Designed as a creative workspace there's no TV but good WiFi: no streetlights, lots of stars.

Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

You can enjoy a walking, cycling or a relaxing holiday. The cottage is located only a 10 minute drive into Eastbourne Town Centre and Seafront.

This modern cottage is the perfect base for a seaside getaway, tucked in a quiet mews behind Seaford high street and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Seaford is a lovely seaside town full of independent cafes and shops and is surrounded by the stunning South Downs National Park. The house is a short walk from Seaford train station and local bus stops to Brighton & Eastbourne and is a great starting location for the Seven Sisters hike.

We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
