The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

My large hillside house is light and roomy with incredible views of sky and mountains. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower. Large kitchen and living room with large deck. Enjoy watching the stars and the snowy peaks of Sequoia National Park from my large private deck. Close to the Park entrance (6 mile), shopping and dining in the village (1 mile), and local river access for swimming and fishing (Slick Rock recreational area).

There is a 5 star restaurant located on the river with in a mile. Your host Doug is a native of the area and a wealth of information. He can answer many of you questions and is entertaining. It is directly under and completely separate from the main living space of the house.
