My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.

No matter the season, there is always something for everyone in Canaan Valley and at Black Bear Woods Resort. Skiing, hiking, fishing, skating, just relaxing, and more. VEHICLE NOTES: **If you have an electric vehicle, DO NOT plug it into any of the house outlets. The house fuses will blow. There are level 2 charging stations nearby but no level 3s.

We are only 3 miles from the Seneca rocks. We are also close to Dolly sods, Spruce Knob, Blackwater Falls, horseback riding We also accept pets for $30 each.
