Quaint, open and most importantly centrally located to all of the best that Rochester & it's neighboring towns have to offer. It has a fenced in yard, a wrap around porch with two different areas to relax or grab a bite to enjoy at a local spot! There is private beach access, a tennis court on the street & a playground. Drive to awesome restaurants, museums, shopping & more!

Artsy home in historic cornhill.

This colorful apartment was our daughter's before she joined the circus. It is centrally located in historic Cornhill. A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no check out “chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
