Wake up in the beautiful South Downs National Park, with a perfect view from every window. Our self-contained, recently refurbished, and well equipped apartment overlooks the fields and wildlife that surround us. Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

Located in Shipton Green, Itchenor, The Willows is surrounded by large gardens with tennis court and heated swimming pool. Close to W. Wittering Beach and Itchenor Harbour, and with easy access to local walks, bike rides and waterside pubs. Near Chichester and Goodwood. 'WOW. The house is absolutely fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate Christmas. If you are looking for a spacious, beautiful property then this is a must book house. fun with family and friends by the sea at the beautiful seal bay park. we have a lovely 6 Berth holiday home situated on deer park about 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. please note the price is for holiday home only passes for swimming and evening entertainment are sold by seal bay, on booking we will an email address and the number of passes required we will pass this on to seal bay who will contact you to purchase entertainment passes. extra activities are available via there app
