E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

Our place is called IL CAVOLO NERO. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Siamo a 6/7 minuti d'auto dalle spiagge di M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, ecc..Il nostro Paese ha, al centro , un piccolo borgo medioevale ed intorno altri siti storici antichi . E' ad un altitud. di 220 m , nei pressi ci sono boschi che danno un alternativa alla giornata in spiaggia . Dal P.le Belvedere si vedono le isole del Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo e l'Argentario...... Data l'altitudine la temperatura è gradevole sempre. Su internet , San Piero - paese dell'isola d'Elba.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
