Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle, ty!

Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

This corner unit is located on the quiet north end of Seaside's famous Prom (boardwalk)- just 50' from the sand Beach; within easy walking distance of Downtown's dining, shopping, and attractions! The property has an onsite office which makes check in/out a breeze- they'll also supply you with lots of info and discounts for local area attractions, shopping, and dining! No Pets are not allowed.

Resplendent with Beach Décor, my Pet Friendly Studio is located in a small (15 units) property at the quiet north end of the Prom, yet just a short 15 minute stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants. There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult), and plenty of storage and space for longer stays. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
