The Beehive@Pudding Cottage

The Beehive is a self contained annex with an open plan living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining space, with a wet room. There is a fully equipped small kitchen with the usual amenities including air fryer. Get a good nights sleep on the king sized bed or relax in front of the 55” tv in either a comfortable 2 seat sofa or lounge chair. Stunning views and peace and quiet await you. Ideally situated to visit many attractions including the only official Game of Thrones studio tour in the world.

Forest Lodge Padel Tennis Court, Hot Tub, Walks

Wake up to bird song, and bunnies in a warm luxury, three bedroom forest lodge. Play unlimited padel on our private court, soak in the private hot tub or explore the Forest Meditation Trail. Cook on the bbq, light the fire pit. For kids can play in the treehouses or pet the dogs and ponies. Perfect for family or friends. Have you seen the back garden. It’s a whole forest!! The Boat House at Acton Lake

The Boat House has had a makeover with a new kitchen etc. It was originally constructed during the Second World War as a pump house. We have re novated it to be glamorous 'glamping' option with a four poster bed and a new Hottub. It is set on the side of a lake and you are all alone to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. There is a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. Gas BBQ for al fresco dining. A secluded get away for couples or friends in a very picturesque setting.

Myrtle's Place is a traditional, well equipped two bedroom annex with ample parking in a rural setting. 5 miles north of Banbridge; 30 mins south of Belfast and 5 minutes off the A1, it offers a central country base for catching up with family, exploring Co. Down and Belfast. A good stopping point travelling from Dublin to Belfast, the Giant's Causeway or North Coast. A short drive from Linen Mill Game of Thrones Studio at the Boulevard Banbridge and 14 miles from seaside Newcastle.

Perfectly located for a quiet get away, or for the more active with cycling, water sports and hiking all only 30 minutes away. Restaurants, leisure centres, shopping outlet and cinemas are all within 10 mins drive in Banbridge, including the Game of Thrones Studio Tour.

Enjoy the setting of this romantic Luxury Mountain Escapes on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature.
