This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Artist studio, great wifi, in country village

70m squared studio in family village with north light, recycled fixtures & fittings, art and stuff from my time in galleries and museums. Comfy retreat behind my Tudor home. Private space in the garden, cotton bedding. It’s shabby but well equipped. It’s cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Not for those who would be disturbed by deer, fox, chickens (rooster) and a horse. It’s a 4 person space and I charge for dogs so probably less value for one than 4 with a dog. Costs the same for both

The nearest shop is 5 miles. I do my best to point all of this out. Cleaning charge added per stay.
