The lighted screened porch and open deck sit above the west creek near the banks of the Middlefork River -- enjoy nature at its midwestern best. This home is surrounded by oaks, maples, and walnut trees, so the birds are all around, along with other wildlife. Down the hill is the Middlefork, designated as a "National Scenic River".

My house offers all the original charm w/beautifully updated kitchens, bathrooms, screened back porch & 2nd story upper deck. There is a 1 car garage & a carport for winter parking. The house has been furnished with antiques as well as University of Illinois memorabilia. There is a gas log fireplace in the home's den and electric fireplaces in several bedrooms that provide a cozy atmosphere. There is a gas grill on the screened porch and a fire pit in the fenced back yard.

This clean, comfortable, single family home is located in an established residential neighborhood and is ideal for short or longer term visitors to the University of Illinois, or any other attraction in Champaign-Urbana. It is a 5 minute drive to the University, its stadium and other sports complexes, and the State Farm Event Center. As you'll see from the attached photos, the cozy house is tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay.

This cozy 2-bedroom country house sits on 8 acres, sleeps 6 and overlooks Clinton Lake with amazing views. We offer a hot tub, heated pool, kayaks, and 10 miles of hiking, hunting, and horse trails. The boat ramp is located at the end of the driveway. We are located 30 minutes between Bloomington & Champaign. There is a $50 charge per night for each guest over 2. Guests must be 18+. Pool open mid- April-Sept.
