Just 45 minutes from Regina, the lake is a year round destination for relaxation and outdoor fun. The spacious home has many indoor and outdoor areas to gather for a drink, play a game, or curl up with a good book. The private dock is perfect for fishing, or swimming in the lake. And when you're ready to wind down, the hot tub will be ready.

Each floor is 1250sq ft. Upstairs boasts lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms, 1- 1/2 baths, kitchen and lots of seating in the living room. The deck has a natural gas BBQ. Kitchen is fully stocked as well as Reverse osmosis drinking system, complimentary tea and coffee. The basement is brand new with 9' ceilings, in floor heat, big windows, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, tv and sitting area. There is a fire pit area and some seating for it. Beausite is 15 away and sells firewood.
