Surrounded by 100 year old oaks & scenic wildlife, Salt Creek Retreat is a well appointed getaway. If you want to experience world class fishing at the beach & off the dock, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place for you. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away & relax in this peaceful setting & love the people/atmosphere in Sargent. We know you will too!

A luxury vacation home with world class fishing

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You cannot beat the views here! Absolutely stunning! My mother and sister, Lucy, stayed at this home with our family July 2021. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded beach towns. We loved the house so much, that we asked the Superhost owner to let us know if he ever wanted to sell it. He did, and the rest is history! Enjoy fishing and crabbing directly off the dock or enjoy a day at the beach.

The windows in the living area makes you feel close to the nature even from inside. The studio style interior with queen bed and 3 pull out beds is perfect for a couples retreat or a group up to 5. Washer dryer and full stocked kitchen for longer stays.

Relax in our 2,400 sqft, 5-bed, 2-bath home 7 miles from Sargent Beach and the Intracoastal Waterway. Cook in the updated kitchen with creek and pasture views. Grill on the deck or unwind in the tented steel gazebo. Near San Bernard and Brazoria wildlife refuges, it’s perfect for bird watching and nearby kayak trips. Stream on smart TVs with high-speed internet!

The Pier House in Sargent, TX (close to Houston)

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

Enjoy a relaxing peaceful getaway on an island! This home, off the San Bernard River, is nestled between the "Justin Hurst" and "San Bernard" National Wildlife Refuge; It's a haven for avid anglers and bird watchers alike! A great little getaway to make treasured memories with family and friends. Primary renter must be 21 years or older. The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

Awesome view of the waves from Kitchen and living room windows as well!
