The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

The property includes a pond which you're welcome to skate on in the winter, and a horse barn and pastures. In the summer you'll have access to our in-ground pool. We welcome your pets! All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.
