About two and a half blocks from City Center (Convention Center). Clean, quiet, owner-occupied house. Full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Window unit air conditioners in living room and both bedrooms. New 43” TVs in the living room and main bedroom. WiFi. New sheets and towels. Basic supplies provided. Off-Street parking.

We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!
