Great location! This is a family friendly home, close to downtown and beaches, with a pool, fenced yard, and a large, screened porch for lounging and having meals outside. Close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, Sarasota Bay, and beaches. The house is 1.5 miles from downtown, 10 min to St. Armands, 15 min to Lido Beach, and about 20 min Siesta Key Beach. One dog considered with a fee. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.

Conveniently located near plenty of Sarasota's shopping and dining areas, your new home away from home is nice and isolated, surrounded by gorgeous views and just a quick walk from the waters of Sarasota Bay. You will have whole house except two rooms which will be locked and no one will be there. One bedroom with a king size bed and sleeping sofa in the family room (if more than two guests coming). Full size kitchen, two family rooms, pool and gorgeous view on the salty bay for nature lovers.

Come stay in our beautiful, Mid-Century Modern, light drenched home just one block from the bay with a private pool. The private yard is surrounded by lush landscaping & the pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot afternoons. The house is spacious & minimally decorated with finds from our world travels. We've recently replaced the bed and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to explore on foot. Note: this is our home, so please expect a warm lived in feel in the space, not that of a hotel.
