An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

La villa si trova a circa 200 mt dal bivio in direzione Centola in zona residenziale ed immersa nel verde. Per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge è indispensabile l'auto, ma la distanza è davvero breve! La casa è un ampio monolocale, le due zone notte, sono separate da una tenda oscurante.
