Casa Nobrega OCEAN VIEW Home in tranquil setting

Come stay at an old winemakers house that has been beautifully renovated by your host and family with open plan and airy living. Situated on the north side of the island, there is a small bar/cafe in the village which is a 5 minute drive, a large supermarket and many restaurants/cafes in Santana which is a 10 minute drive.The weather can be hot and humid but also bring fresh wind and rain. In the summer months the house stays cools, there is a log burner and plenty of blankets to keep you cosy.

Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

The beach has access to the sea, has a solarium area and showers. A sun lovers place on one of the hills between Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol, amazing sea view, very quiet and sunny. All rooms have window and the whole space has plenty of natural light. It has private entrance, parking and can enjoy the barbecue area. 5 minutes driving from the beach and all services. You have an entrance for the Levada Nova Walk near by the place. Table and chairs are provided for the balcony.
