This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Nyrenoveret lejlighed i i hjertet af Torshavn. 🏠🇫🇴 Lejligheden har to soveværelser, en dobbeltseng på 160x200 cm og en enkelt på 90x200 cm. Der er dog mulighed for en opredning på madras. Dette er med til, at lejligheden er bedst egnet til 3 personer, men 4 personer kan lade sig gøre ved et kortere ophold. ☺️ Lejligheden ligger centralt og ligger blandt andet tæt på SMS shopping center, “Steinatún” bybusser og alle tænkelige resturanter og seværdigheder, hvor du kan tilbringe mange timer. 🛍️🚃🥯🚶🏻‍♂️

The Haven i det historiske kvarter

A special place to stay in the heart of Tórshavn. Sleep under a grass roof in the car-free area of Reyn: the old town quarter by the harbour - a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, shops, bus terminal and ferry port. You can’t get more central than this! The Haven is simple but charming, nestled among other historic houses in this conservation area. Upstairs, via some steep steps, is the cosy bedroom. When it rains, the gentle sound of raindrops on the turf roof will lull you to sleep.

Traditionelt færøsk hus i Tórshavns centrum

This traditional and cozy Faroese house, originally constructed in 1896, has, even though it's totally renovated, stayed faithful to the original design. The house features a traditional turf roof and the body of the house still features the same wood/oak which was placed in 1896, giving the house a real warmth. The view is extraordinary, featuring Nólsoy and the harbor of Tórshavn. The renovations of the house give it a modern touch without taking away from the original design.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.
