While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! Large fenced lot with parking for up to 5 vehicles. Centrally located and just a few blocks from the pier!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.

Well, this is definitely a vacation rental that you will not forget from the moment you arrive to the property. The home has been passionately decorated inside and out. There are ocean views from almost ever room in the home, not to mention the two exterior decks where guests can lounge. The neighborhood is all residential and peaceful.
