It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

This vintage pink gem gleams from the heart of downtown San Marcos and is walking distance to a river swim, beautiful parks, Texas university and the downtown square. H‑E‑B, pizza, coffee shops and bars are in the same block so go explore! I own and run a vintage shop and design studio downstairs but haven't opened yet so you will have the place to yourself and the upstairs is completely yours to enjoy! Scooters are easy to rent across the street and free parking is on premises.

Come relax at our stylish, unique Tree Loft. We converted an 800+ square ft. photography study into a trendy flat. The living room ceiling peaks at 20 feet. Suspended above the living room is the bedroom with a view of the tree tops. The bathroom is just below the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Generous windows bring the outside in. Step out on to the screen porch for your morning coffee or into the small totally fenced private backyard.

A home away from home :) Come relax in the heart of San Marcos in this cozy one-story house. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown San Marcos and 15 minutes from the river and the Premium Outlets. Perfect for a staycation or visiting college graduates! We have a fully-equipped kitchen area, free washer and dryer, and a patio area to relax. The neighborhood is very peaceful and there is free access to parking. We look forward to hosting y'all :)

Little House near Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
