The cozy 1 king bed /1 full bath apartment also has its own washer/dryer, as well as a private fully fenced in patio, perfect for those traveling with their furry friends.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

"The Treehouse"

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

Beautiful 1000 sq ft 2nd floor apartment will be all yours to enjoy. Has two full bathrooms and a private bedroom as well as a full size sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful deck with bbq grill, washer and dryer, WiFi, plenty of parking and plenty of country charm on the outskirts of Kyle. 5 min to the 130 Toll Road and 20 min to COTA. 20 min to downtown Austin and 15 min to San Marcos. Great location to see it all while you are visiting the area!
