This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. This is a beautiful studio apartment in the middle of a working 100 acre vineyard. A beautiful fresh water reservoir for swimming on the hot days, BBQ Grill and sand volleyball court makes this a special and peaceful getaway in wine country. There are neighboring wineries in the area, or you can head over to our Tasting Room (16.6 miles) in Templeton. This studio is just 15 min. from downtown Paso Robles and 7 min. from downtown San Miguel CA.

This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and the studio is beautiful! It is light and airy and open and you have pristine views of both Bishop’s Peak and Madonna Mountain. It is located in close proximity to both downtown San Luis and Cal Poly. The beach is a short drive away and numerous hiking trails are walkable and accessible from the neighborhood.
