Charming Guest Room in 1907 Cottage on Russian Hill

Begin a relaxing morning out on the porch, then head to the local international market and delis. This fully-equipped suite features a comfy 4-poster bed, kitchenette, and charming dining area. It's all the comforts of home with a 20th-century vibe. Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. Our frequently cleaned and sanitized unit is modern, cozy with enough space for 2-3 people. You'll get access to high quality furniture, top of the line Miele Coffee machine and an entire body shower (it’s a dream). You'll be located in the heart of the Castro, walking distance from some of the best views in SF. The Muni is only a 6 minute walk and restaurants right around the corner. You'll find the location and space very rewarding and we can not wait for you to experience it all :)

Hilly area. You'll love the view of Mt Davidson, Twin Peaks and Bernal Hill. Walking distance to Mission Street, park, Cow Palace, and transportation. My family and I live on upper floor. Cozy studio guest suite as part of 3 bedroom apartment, with separate entrance. Bathrm w/shower, lge closet (8x3 ft), small kitchenette. Queen bed + pull-out couch (twin bed). Very quiet. Away from street. Private outdoor area. In Polk & Chestnut area, close to great restaurants/cafes, easy walk to Aquatic Park and Ghirardelli Square. I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).
