Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
