The Garden House

Positioned at the rear of our family home, this cosy self-contained granny flat is located in Kardinya. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also very close to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. There is separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a reverse cycle heating/cooling system, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV and wifi. on-site parking. Ideal for one person but can fit two.

Outside area, with laundry sink & washing machine Can sleep 4 , perfect after a night in Freo but for longer stays recommend only 2 people. Steps to mezzanine bed are vertical so not for everybody
