The Garden House

Positioned at the rear of our home, this cosy self-contained granny flat is located in the suburb of Kardinya. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is through a gate and down a slightly sloped mulch pathway. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.
