Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.

We are a family run hobby farm (quinta), about 30 minutes outside Lisbon. The studio for guests is newly renovated. The property itself is very relaxing and restful, you will wake up to the birds chirping! This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
