Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The location is ideal for exploring the island, being at a convenient driving distance from all key destinations and famous beaches, while also being a short 10 minute drive into Argostoli town. There is also a mini market just around the corner and a local bakery, and you’ll find plenty of free parking space just outside.

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.

The beautifully decorated open plan sleeping and living area provide a relaxing and calm space. The house has also a small kitchen and a bathroom. The beach is right on your doorstep, as is the walking path to Sami where you can find all amenities. Outdoors there is a heated and decked Jacuzzi and a stunning garden!!

Mary's Studios Ground Level Family Studio

Studio apartment located a 10 minute walk away from the center of Sami. It offers a comfortable queen bed and two sofa beds. The studio has a private bathroom and a half bathroom as well as a stove top and cooking equipment. It also has air conditioning. It has access to a beautiful patio in a shared outdoor area.
