The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

 Olvio House stands in a prime position on the charming coastal road in Sami village. The house was carefully renovated in spring 2019, with imaginative and modern interpretation of Mediterranean living.

Thalassa apartment was built in 1974 by my beloved grandparents and has been renovated in 2017. The harmonious combination of traditional and modern design, as well as the stunning sea view, aspires to authentic pleasure. It’s located at the seafront of Frydi beach and hosts comfortably 6 guests - three rooms with a sea view. The Sami gulf and the mythical Ithaca island shape one of the most inspiring views of Cephalonia, especially at sunrise.
