In der Anlage befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftspool der von unseren Gästen genutzt werden kann. Satellitenfernsehen und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Das Apartment verfügt über ein Infrarot Heizsystem. In den Wintermonaten wird der Strom von dem Gast bezahlt. Abgerechnet wird nach KW 20 cent. Im Januar 2023 wurde das Badezimmer renoviert.
