For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Mal Zeit zu zweit oder mit der Familie, für Verliebte, Ruhebedürftige und Naturliebhaber …einfach mal abschalten…das kann man wunderbar in der Ferienwohnung auf unserer kleinen Hofstelle im malerischen Bayerischen Wald. Wandern oder Radfahren könnt ihr vom Hof aus. Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

Ob für einen Kurzurlaub oder einem Fleckchen Erde, um entspannt arbeiten zu können - hier bist du richtig.

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Stadtnahes Apartment am Park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Das zweite unserer beiden Tinyhäuser bietet ebenfalls viel Privatsphäre mit eigenem Eingang und privater Terrasse. Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).

Die "Stoana-Hütt'n" bietet alles was das Herz begehrt: einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete kleine Küche, zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, ein kleines aber feines Bad und eine traumhafte Sonnen-Terasse!

Very comfortably furnished apartment, right in the center of Deggendorf. The apartment with bathroom and kitchen offer the opportunity for a stay of several days in the beautiful Bavarian city. The balcony with a view of the historic city wall invites you to sit outside in summer. The Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences (THD) is within 8 minutes walking distance.

Schöne renovierte Altbau-Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock mit eigener Sonnenterrasse und Blick in den schönen Garten. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die man im Urlaub zur Versorgung braucht. Im Garten kann gegrillt werden und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit für ein Lagerfeuer. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Städtetouren.

Gemütliches AtelierHaus im Bayerischen Wald

Im Haus ist das Flair der 50er Jahren erhalten. Es ist idyllisch gelegen, umgeben von Grün und trotzdem mitten im Ort. Man kann wunderbar abschalten, mit flexibler Ausstattung für kreative Prozesse auch in kleinen Gruppen. Für die Gäste ist das 1. und 2. Stockwerk reserviert und übers Treppenhaus verbunden. Im Erdgeschoss habe ich meine Atelierräume.
