Only 1 hour from the Twin Cities and 20 minutes from Mankato, our year round home is the perfect lakefront getaway! Enjoy our kayak and paddle board or put your own boat in to explore all that Lake Jefferson has to offer! The Jefferson chain of lakes is great for swimming, fishing and boating in the summer and ice fishing in the winter! Boats can be put in at the public launch on East Jefferson and parked at our dock during your stay. *Watercraft not included *Bring your own life jackets

The Inn on Locust Street

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and one bathroom. No kitchen. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally (no AC needed). It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

Step into history in our spacious, 1,600 sq. ft. loft, once the original bottling department of the legendary Montgomery Brewing Building, which began production in 1893. Accessed directly from the street via a set of stairs, this expansive space artfully combines its industrial heritage with modern comforts for a truly unique experience. Visit the attached Montgomery Brewing Taproom, where you can enjoy a free flight of 3 beers—a refreshing introduction to the local craft flavors.

Our favorite feature in this unit is the corner bay window that overlooks Mankato's famous Silo Art mural on the Ardent Mills Silos across the street! This special place is great for a short visit or extended stay and is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. *The building does not have an elevator

Beautiful cabin located on the East side of Madison Lake, 224 feet of Lakeshore and a Sandy beach. It’s private, no neighbors, just peace and quiet. Wake up looking out at the lake. Fish from the dock, kayak while the sun sets, grill and end the night with a camp fire. Within walking distance is a neighboring park with boat access and a beach, bring water floaties and toys, beach balls, bike or walk the trails, check out the swinging bridge! Only minutes from town.
