The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

Er zijn leuke dorpjes in de buurt, met markten, wandelroutes, zwemmeer en zwembaden op rijafstand. De gîte heeft een privé parkeerplaats en een afgesloten tuin. Huisdieren zijn in overleg toegestaan. Wij vragen hier een toeslag voor ( aangeven bij de boeking ).Feesten/binnen roken en vapen zijn niet toegestaan.

Surface arborée de 5000 m2. Nous avons conservé le caractère traditionnel de la demeure, dans un cadre ouvert sur la nature. Situated in the heart of the Limosin countryside, Well Cottage is located within a small, very quiet hamlet in Chemin de la Vergnolle (formerly Bois Vicomte) just 3km from Coussac Bonneval home to a lovely chateau, resturants, pharmacy, Boulangerie, 7km from St Yriex la Perche which have all the amentities of a town and regular markets. Porcelain factories & shops nearby. Prices have been saved the same as last year.
