Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

Our space is a Bohemian paradise, a place to sit and relax or enjoy the many nearby adventures. Feel free to use the available bicycles and take a quick 5 minute ride to the beach. Ask us about the kayak or surf boards available for nearby water activities.

The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
