A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. We are in the country, but close the beaches and Dodgertown.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is handicapped friendly. We have available two ramps, elevated toilet and toilet chair, and hand bars. The shower has a shower chair, and pedestal sink. There are two sliding barn doors which will make the common areas into two semi private rooms. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Canaveral National Seashore is 44 miles away. An island on the Atlantic Ocean, is a National Park.

This cabin is seconds from the World Equestrian Center and is adorned with a welcoming porch, that offers stunning views of surrounding Oak Trees. Inside is cozy and inviting with a stone fireplace, and multiple windows that flood the space with natural light. You also have the option to rent the entire 8 stall barn for your horses at an additional cost. The 8 stall barn, features spacious stalls, feed room, tack room and wash area for grooming. There are 8 well maintained turnout paddocks.
