We have a lovely house, new built in 2013 which is our holiday home too. We have really tried to make it perfect, with top quality everything. It is great for summer, with 4000 sqm of garden, and also winter, with an exposed brick fire place. You can walk to the beach in c.5-8 minutes. Everyone who has stayed loves it. Please note, that it is not fenced - so if you have kids who wander it may not be for you Please note. All bookers will need to sign a separate holiday contract

Récemment rénovée, entièrement équipée (draps, serviettes et ménage inclus) notre maison de 100 m2 vous offre 3 chambres (5 couchages), un séjour lumineux prolongé d'une terrasse plein sud, une cuisine équipée, le tout entouré d'un grand jardin. Trois vélos sont mis à votre disposition pour profiter des facilités de St Briac.
