Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this charming, airy, 3rd floor apartment is a minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe. Convenience shops lie at the top of the road plus a cosy restaurant, a fish and chip shop a butty shop and hairdressers. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
