La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
