Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
