Sightseeing
Best way to do Table mountain if you want to fit in a fun hike too. Is to do the Platteklip Gorge trail that goes straight up the front of the mountain. Its definitely a cardio workout, but the views and cafe on top to refuel will be even better with your heart racing. It can take between 2 hour to do the hike, so best to start by 8/9 in summer months, and take water. Then on the way down take the cable car to take in the views as you rotate down.
