Great place to have some authentic German food and take in one of the best views in Taos! Its especially great as a reward to finish off a hike to Williams Lake or a trip all the way up to Wheeler Peak. I recommend the Spaetzle Plate with a Pilsner. In the summer they have a play structure set up just above, the chairlift is running for sightseeing, and there is a volleyball court set up near the play structure. In the winter you can ski to the deck. Summer or Winter its a winner!
