Fiskardo is a must for you if you like to watch the boats in the harbour and have a love of good food. Sit on the harbour and while away the afternoon, whilst enjoying the atmosphere. There are plenty of really nice boutiques in Fiskardo so if you fancy a spot of shopping, this is the place for you.

Skala is full to the brim of fantastic tavernas and restaurants, it’s also home to a Sandy beach. Most of the beaches in kefalonia are pebble but Skala has a beautiful stretch of sand that is not only rich in beauty but is home to many of the islands turtles.

Stepped in rich history, Antisamos beach is just simply stunning. Just 1.5 km from Sami, this coastline boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. The water is warm and very clear and is amazing for water sports and snorkelling. There are also some fantastic beach bars here that offer a very chilled out vibe that will just leave you wanting more.

Paralia Antisamos
Stepped in rich history, Antisamos beach is just simply stunning. Just 1.5 km from Sami, this coastline boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. The water is warm and very clear and is amazing for water sports and snorkelling. There are also some fantastic beach bars here that offer a very chilled out vibe that will just leave you wanting more.

It’s situated very close to Poppy’s place, and is relatively inexpensive (around €10 ) you will be taken by boat on the lake which is just simply stunning. The lake is part of a cave system that has naturally created this beautiful lake.
The water is some of the bluest you will ever see! Absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking Myrtle beach shows kefalonia at its finest. Ranked one of the best beaches in the world there is no way you can miss visiting this.

The capital of kefalonia Argostolli has a very cosmopolitan feel. With restaurants and cafe bars on every corner. Captain Corellis mandolin was filmed here and you can see why. Visit the turtles that swim happily in the harbour and see the fishing boats come in with their daily catch. A beautiful vibrant place is one you will definitely keep coming back to.

Visit the turtles that swim happily in the harbour and see the fishing boats come in with their daily catch. A beautiful vibrant place is one you will definitely keep coming back to.

Magnifico cafe bar. Sit by the sea whilst you enjoy a cocktail or two. On the seafront in Sami, enjoy the boats coming in to the harbour or watch the sun go down, this place is thoroughly recommended

Deco is a modern take on Greek food, you will love eating here and the steak is particularly good. A carafe of rose is only €8.50 which is delicious with the food. A must try on your stay

One of my favourite places to visit. It’s worth it for the drive alone! Beautiful beach and the sea is to die for, try having some mezze in the octopus Bar!
