Beautiful neighborhood right next to Albany Park. They have a nice big park and a lot of walking and biking trails. There is also a community pool too - please see "Gompers Park."

More upscale neighborhood but lots of cute and unique shops and boutiques and really great restaurants as well. Definitely worth a visit.

A cute and unique suburb that is right next to the city. You can get there on the green line if you are taking public transit. Lots of good restaurants and good shopping.

Trains are the fastest way to get around.
I prefer trains over buses but to each their own. The safest lines are brown, yellow, and blue. If you have to take the red line please be careful because that one can be dangerous. Just be aware of your surroundings and if you are lost ask CTA personnel and not random people on the street.

Most downtown restaurants require reservations!
If you are looking to do anything downtown be sure to check if reservations are required. Many places still require reservations due to covid.

Always bring warm clothes to Chicago, just in case.
Our Chicago weather can be spontaneous. One moment it can be 80 degrees and sunny and a few hours later it can drop 30 degrees and snow. I am not joking either, happens often so always be sure to pack something warm, just in case. :)
