Instructions for Spa use.
* Use the white door directly opposite the accommodation with The Retreat sign and this will bring you into the spa reception.
* The top cupboard directly to the right of the door as you go in is where you will find the filtered water tap.
* As you go through the only door in reception you will come into the spa changing area with a toilet and shower. Feel free to use the towels and toiletries provided and any used towels please could they be put in the laundry basket on the left next to the shower.
* Go through to the end of the changing area and take a left and you will see the frosted glass entrance to the spa.
* The frosted glass door is electric so please don't try to slide it open as you will break it. You will find a black box to the left and find two buttons on the black box.
Press the left sided button once and this will open the door. Don't worry about shutting the door, it will close automatically.
* You will find the sauna on the right and to turn it on you will find a black glass screen to the left of the sauna. Press the top right hand button on the screen and this will show a green light meaning the sauna is on and it will show a red light when it's off. The sauna takes roughly 25 minutes to warm up. The sauna will turn off automatically after 1 hour so you may want to switch it back on again if you are still using it.
* Past the sauna on the right you will find 2 showers which some people like to use cold straight after the hot sauna.
* On the windowsill on the left you will find 2 controls. One is black and is to Adjust the lighting in the sauna. The blue one is to turn the everflow wave runner on in the pool. On this remote you will find 3 buttons, on/off, up arrow, down arrow. The up and down arrow will dictate the speed of the flow in the water.
* Please remember to turn off the sauna, Pool machine and showers when finished.
