This area is great for many reasons. The Bluff View Bakery provides bread for many local restaurants. Tony's Pasta has a simple menu, with wine selections, and a beautiful second story outdoor view of the Tennessee River. You can also pick up the River Walk in two directions including past the Hunter Museum and across the Chattanooga Walking Bridge! Rembrandt's Coffee Shop has won awards for their truffles and is also a local roaster.

We have spent several anniversary dinners as The Meeting Place because it has great food, much of it locally sourced, but doesn't break the bank. This is the place that you should go if you want to spend 2+ hours eating a nice slow meal.

Sightseeing
Very fun park, about ten minutes from our location. They have the best and cleanest playground in Chattanooga called Imagination Station. They also have walking trails, tennis courts, and often they have a market located under the covered portion.

This park is located right behind the main drag of North Shore, which has great local restaurants and several ice cream places.

Please visit McKay, you will not be disappointed. This is an indoor warehouse filled with used books, CDs, records, dvds, video games, etc. They have a large children's section, and media for every interest. Chattanoogans love McKay, and it is located only a few minutes from our house.
