If you’d like a lovely lunch or dinner (or breakfast) at Lewinnick Lodge which is just a short stroll down the road, then make sure to book before hand!

Swimming and walking
The Gannel is the estuary you can see from the flat. There are numerous footpaths that lead you down there. Low tide for walks and to get across to Crantock. Swimming is best an hour on either side of high tide. You can also book some SUP adventures up the Gannel from the Newquay Activity Centre.
