Fishing
If you want to do some fishing from land there's a popular area super close to the condo.
When exiting the building onto the boardwalk, go left. You'll follow the boardwalk to the Ocean Casino where the boardwalk curves to the left.
There you'll see a long rock jetty. Great fishing spot all along those rocks.
