Parnu Avenue 27. 5-min walk. Cozy cafe with coffee/tea, beer, pastries for a meet-up with a friend in a convenient location :) Just go R out of apartment, then L at Ravala, R on Tatari, L on Sakala.

Great cheap place for sushi, a bit "Hello Kitty" japanese kitch :) Roosikrantsi 16, at intersection of Parnu Avenue and Roosikrantsi street. They put huge pieces of salmon sashimi on the nigiri :)

Best place for breakfast! One of the few places open at 7am already. There's fresh porridge every morning. It's a classic - during Soviet times, it was the main place to get BD cakes - Olympia :)
