We love the Heyday Cafe. We love the tomato bisque soup and Spinach salad, with a Marguerite Pizza. When you get done, you can walk around town and look at the great antique and book stores.

This is an old time lumberjack restaurant with a great British history. With snow on the ground, it's great to sit by the fireplace and have the Shepherd Pie. It has a small pub feel to it.

This is the sister restaurant to the Heyday Café. The Independent is slightly more formal and is at the other end of Main St. We lean slightly to the Heyday Café but both are wonderful places.
