The Ark Encounter is a GREAT place for the whole family! You can go inside the Ark and learn about the days of Noah and his family. They provide, food, shopping, and activities.
Our family visits the Ark Encounter often, since we have annual passes. We especially LOVE the 40 Days and 40 Nights' Concerts and of course, ChristmasTime! The decorations and lights are absolutely beautiful!
The Ark has a playground that you won't be able to pull your kids away from! It has a miniature zip-line that kids keep going on over and over again!
Our grandkids really enjoyed the new indoor Carousel and the Virtual Reality Truth Traveler last season!

My family enjoys visiting Lloyd's. We especially like driving on the gravel roads and watching deer, when they are out. It is all public land. Let me know if you need more information finding a specific area you want to visit.

After all these years, (I'm a grandmother now), I still love going there and reminding my kids and grandkids of my memories and the areas I worked!
You'll need an Entire Day to spend at Kings Island! You cannot do it all in less than that.
Throughout my childhood, we could see Kings Island's nightly Firework's Display from our backyard. As far as I know, they still shoot Fireworks every night at closing time!

Lee-Jean Lake House is located on Bullock Pen Fishing Lake. You can fish from our Dock or rent a Row Boat from us and fish from the water! Fishing License required for all persons over age 15.
Check Kentucky Fishing & Wildlife guidelines for full details. License can be purchased Online or at our local Walmart or other places.

Painting pieces are (were last year) from $5 up to $80. They have a lot of pieces to choose from! You'll enjoy working with the friendly owners.

Chuck E. Cheese is a really Fun Place to take children for an afternoon or evening to play Games and eat Pizza! We took our girls there throughout their childhood for play and birthday parties!!
Chuck E Cheese has changed some since then. (no more animal characters playing instruments on a stage--replaced it with a big screen TV) They recently updated the building and added a lot of new games! The Pizza is the same, which made me happy and they still offer Birthday Party packages.

This is the home of Captain William Arnold during the period of the Revolutionary War. He was also the first Sheriff in our county in 1820. He played a major role in developing Williamstown, which was back then, called William's Town.
I hope you can visit to learn more about the history of our county!
