There are a plethora of places to get a good cup of joe here in soho/nolita, but I prefer bowery coffee's brew.
They also carry donuts from Donut Plant, oh my. Try brooklyn blackout or tres leches.

Like Delicatessen, solid for all occasions from an early breakfast to a creative cocktail in the upstairs bar. Good pastries, especially their Peels muffin.
